If you fall or become ill at home or on the move, connect to the emergency call centre at the touch of a button. Within a few seconds, you can speak to an operator trained in emergency situations via the microphone and speaker integrated into the watch. He or she can get help by transmitting your position to emergency services, located using the watch’s GPS. Once configured, the watch works autonomously, even without a smartphone.

The DOMO Care application, a valuable aid for you and your loved ones

In case of an emergency, your relatives can, with your consent, access your GPS location via our application, as well as follow the messages from the emergency call center in a live chat.

When you wear your watch on a daily basis, health data such as your heart rate and number of steps taken are processed confidentially in the DOMO Care application and displayed in graph form. You can even choose to share them with your doctor at your next appointment.

En cas de chute ou de malaise, à la maison ou en déplacement, connectez-vous à la centrale d’appels d’urgence simplement en appuyant sur un bouton. En quelques secondes, vous parlez à un·e opérateur·trice, formé·e aux situations d’urgence, grâce au micro et au haut-parleur intégrés dans la montre. Il·elle peut organiser les secours en transmettant votre position aux services d’urgence, localisée au moyen du GPS de la montre. Une fois configurée, la montre fonctionne de façon autonome, même sans smartphone.

DOMO Care

En cas d’urgence, vos proches peuvent, avec votre accord, accéder à votre position GPS via notre application, ainsi que suivre les messages de la centrale d’appels d’urgence dans un live-chat en direct.

Les données de santé telles que la fréquence cardiaque et le nombre de pas sont traitées de manière confidentielle dans l’application et affichées sous forme de graphiques. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez choisir de les partager avec votre médecin lors de votre prochaine consultation.

Centrale d'appels d'urgence

L’alarme d’urgence est gérée par notre centrale d’appels qui est à l’écoute 24h sur 24, 7 jours sur 7. Elle effectue une levée de doute en rappelant directement la personne et envoie un message de suivi dans le live-chat de l’application DOMO Care. Si la situation est grave, elle appelle d’abord les proches puis les secours et fait le suivi jusqu’à leur arrivée.

Emergency call service

The emergency alarm is managed by our health desk which is on call 24/7. Our service clears up any doubts by calling the person back on the base station intercom, which automatically picks up the call. If the alarm is triggered, the service sends a message via the mobile app. In the event of a serious problem, the service first calls the family or relative, then emergency services, and monitors the situation until they arrive.

The free mobile app to stay connected and informed

The DOMO app keeps you connected with emergency alerts and comments from our health service, giving information about where the person concerned has been hospitalised, for example. Secure messaging allows information to be exchanged between different services, family members and caregivers.

Our intelligent app makes it possible for caregivers to monitor the daily habits and health of the elderly person they’re looking after at any time, so that they can offer the appropriate care.
