Once connected to the landline network, the base station is set up to call for help any time, day or night, even if you cannot speak. Just press the alert button on the station or whichever device you are wearing, whether on a pendant or strap.
The built-in intercom on the alert station allows you to be in direct contact with your loved ones and the health alert service 24/7, so that any situations can be assessed and help called in if necessary.
If the alarm goes off, the relatives set up in the system will receive an automatic call. This allows the family to call the person back or go to the home to check on them and arrange help if necessary.
